- Assess viability of a conceived project and review its feasibility
- Assist in technology evaluation, sourcing and selection for a proposed application/project
- Advise on optimization and expansion of existing operations
- Develop familiarity with an “asset” (oil & gas reserves), its history and current challenges that could be barriers to increase in oil & gas production and suggest improvements and solutions
- Provide project management advice on project execution plans, project schedule and cost control
- Suggest new projects concepts that could be useful for the country’s industrial development
- Advise on studies for energy planning, management and modernization
